We generally deliver all orders in 1-5 working days. This depends on the country where the order is shipped. 

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

To get the right size for your dog, measure them from the point where your dog's head meets the neck to the back. Your dog's height should not exceed the length of the bed size shown.

Please note that the length of the bed includes 20 cm headrest. For the best size choice, add this to the dog's height.

Yes, every Bully Bed comes with a 100% waterproof inner liner. Our waterproof covers are a great option in case your dog has major incontinence issues or if you expect your Bully Bed to be exposed to lots of fluids or moisture for long periods of time.

In case of excessive moisture, we recommend putting two waterproof covers on top of each other.

If your dog doesn’t take to the bed immediately, try rubbing your hands, a lightly worn shirt or even one of your dog’s toys on the bed. A familiar smell helps to acclimate your dog to the new bed. For a short time, food or dog treats can also be used. Do this only for a short time however because you don’t want your dog to associate the bed with feeding time. Finally, it can take several weeks for a dog to fall in love with her or his new bed, so don’t give up either.

No, the cover is not made from chew resistant material. The Bully Beds covers are made from a very high grade microfiber. It's "tear resistant" - meaning, it holds up better against nesting and digging than most types of dog bed covers. But dogs can chew through it if they're determined.

We don't get many reports of chewed up beds. The reason for this is that the zipper is placed at the bottom of the bed. And what we mostly see is that dogs like to chew in beds they can easily move rather than a solid block of foam weighing around 10 kg as a Bully Bed does.

If a cover might have some wear on it after a few years you can easily replace it with another cover.

The Bully Bed will be delivered to your home vacuum-packed. The bed needs 72 hours after unpacking to come into shape. 

Your dog can already use the Bully Bed, but we advise you to stay with it. The cover is not yet tight around the bed and is easier for your dog to grasp.
